Select the report type you wish to create and click DesignIt.
Outgoing - Displays outgoing phone calls.
Incoming - Displays incoming phone calls.
Abandoned - Displays incoming calls that were not answered.
DISA - Direct Inward System Access. Some phone systems are configured
to allow calls on certain outside lines to gain direct access to phone
system intercom dial tone.
Outgoing Forwarded - On some phone systems, calls to certain
extensions may be forwarded to outside numbers.
All Types - Used for troubleshooting by technicians.
